Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional service to members and guests.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Navigate complex relationships with members, guests, and external partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives and capital investment projects, driving business growth and sustainability.
- At least five years of experience in a senior or general management role, with a strong track record of delivering results in high-end service environments.
- Proven financial acumen, resource management skills, and ability to execute strategic plans.
- Strong understanding of high-end service delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
