The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and troubleshoot with internal users. You’ll also be proactive and motivated to want to better yourself by taking advantage of the many opportunities Trayport offers.


After completing your comprehensive training you will become a full member of the Information Systems team providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to our internal users. The role will involve:


  • Covering the IT Support Helpdesk, providing responsive, consistent, high-quality support to our end-users and meeting service targets
  • Deploying, configuring, testing and supporting the desktops, laptops, systems software, applications software and mobile phones used at Trayport
  • Monitoring and supporting servers, networking systems and telecoms systems
  • Adhering to IS policies, processes, procedures and checklists at all times
  • Helping to ensure that key systems are available 24 hours a day, and that business continuity is assured in the event of disruptions
