With over 50 years of experience in the government and maritime mobility markets, our client employs over 200+ with over 40% of its company consisting of highly specialised engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a career with an exciting, growing enterprise that values the development and future of their employees Package/ Benefits : A basic salary of £28,000 An annual bonus subject to personal & business performance Excellent progression, learning and development potential - you will continually be offered fantastic training, an excellent opportunity to earn whilst you learn Company phone and laptop Regular socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes - you will be recognised and rewarded for your success Fantastic offices in a prime location, with opportunity to travel Role : Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager to roll out and support the project implementation and ongoing management of our client's projects Ensure that projects progress smoothly through the company and according to agreed timescales Assist in the production and ongoing management of high-quality documentation including Project Management Plans, Risk Registers, Project Schedules and other project documentation Maintain financial records of all projects Produce monthly financial reports to the Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager Conduct internal review meetings with the Project Managers, Senior Commercial Bid and Programme Manager Support the Senior team leaders through undertaking any other project management duties that may be required Requirements: Educated to degree level in a Computer Tech, Technology, Project or Engineering related discipline Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Must enjoy being hands on and being able to work with your own initiative Experienced in standard office applications including VISIO, Excel and Project Positive can-do attitude Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Ideally, you'll have experience with Prince 2, however this is not essential Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
