IT Product Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the delivery of core business products, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies
- Act as a key point of contact between business units and IT, fostering open communication channels
- Run monthly meetings with the business and coordinate a service pack to show how IT is performing and report any issues to the IT Director.
- Work closely with local business stakeholders and IT teams to define and prioritize changes and enhancements
- Engage with global teams to transition methodologies from waterfall to agile, promoting best practices
- Co ordinate the IT Strategy in discussions with the IT Director and ensure it is aligned to the Business strategy
- Proactively identify delivery risks and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all development activities adhere to Group Security policies and promote security standards
- Establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their current and future needs
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
- Act as the team’s AI lead - working with colleagues to explore how automation, generative AI, and smart tools can improve results.
- Support the development of an AI strategy that aligns with our service offering and client needs.

**What you’ll need**:

- Previous IT experience in a leadership role within agile or DevOps environments
- Thorough knowledge of development lifecycles and strong experience of global solution delivery within a matrix organisation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Strong capability to analyse business needs and create accurate documentation for project governance
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and learn in diverse situations
- Proven experience working collaboratively with teams, leveraging diverse skills and perspectives
- Experience working in a similar global IT environment
- A curious mindset with an interest in how AI and automation can improve outcomes.
- Comfortable experimenting with new tools and sharing ideas with others.
- A good understanding of the digital/tech landscape (prior AI experience is a bonus but not essential).
