Overview
South London Estate (SLE) was founded over 20 years ago and today manages above one thousand properties. The primary role of the Senior Property Team Leader is to support the 9 department heads. The company prides itself on the support it gives its employees to succeed, creating a positive culture of productivity.
The successful candidate: - If you have proven management experience, the ability to manage others in a supportive manner, are self-disciplined and well organised then we want to hear from you.
Senior Property Team leader - key responsibilities:
* Manage the Department Heads supporting them to deliver on their workload effectively and efficiently
* Be personally involved with emergencies which arise
* Deal with tenants on issues of dispute
* Manage complaint escalation
* Create a reporting system which will keep you fully informed of the work of the departments
* Report weekly in writing to the Director
* Seek out areas in which improvement on efficiency can be made
* Identify and use relevant metrics/targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively track success within the departments and across the company
Senior Property Team leader - Person specification:
You will have/be :-
* proven management experience
* disciplined and organised in how you manage yourself and how you manage others
* initiative to deal with issues to a certain level without referring them upwards
* a team player able to get on with juniors and seniors alike
* enjoy a friendly fast-paced workplace
