Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview: As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the management and help oversee various aspects of project cost management. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to further develop their skills in a fast-paced and innovative fit-out environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in leading the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Collaborate with the quantity surveying team to monitor project costs and financial performance.
Assist in conducting regular site visits and assessments to ensure accurate progress reporting.Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the fit-out or construction industry.
Knowledge of quantity surveying practices and principles.
Familiarity with Essex construction regulations and standards.Skills and Attributes:
Excellent numerical and analytic skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
