As a Document Controller, you will collaborate closely with the project team, clients, third-party consultants, and various other stakeholders. If you have extensive document control experience in a construction environment and a knack for managing complex documentation systems, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your technical skills should include a solid working knowledge of Aconex and NewForma, or other process-led document control systems. Attention to detail, high organisational capability, and the ability to meet multiple strict deadlines are essential. Strong communication skills are also a must, as you will be the linchpin in managing the flow of crucial project documents.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include controlling the issuance of documents both outgoing and incoming, ensuring accuracy and compliance before release, maintaining project registers and control logs, and aiding project teams with the storage and access of project information. You will also assist in the preparation of reports and help with the scheduling and closeout of project processes.
