We are seeking a dynamic Internal Account Development Executive to join our team and take charge of our SME portfolio of account customers. This role is crucial in ensuring strong, profitable revenue generation and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.Role Overview:As an Internal Account Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our SME account customers, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Working closely with our National Sales Team and various departments, you will play a key role in ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.Key Responsibilities:Develop existing customer accounts to identify opportunities for increased rental volumesMeet individual/team revenue targets and KPIsCollaborate with customers to negotiate and reactivate lapsed accountsEnsure accuracy in documenting customer requirements through our internal systemDemonstrate a strong understanding of our business model to effectively communicate key decisionsStay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline account setup processes within agreed timelinesBuild and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growthSupport the National Sales Team in addressing customer needs and contributing to ad hoc projectsSkills and Qualifications:Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approachExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBusiness acumen and attention to detail in handling customer documentationProven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in salesIf you are driven by achieving revenue targets, building strong customer relationships and contributing to business success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Internal Account Development Executive.Note: Please include your experience in a customer-facing role and any relevant qualifications in your application.Apply now and be part of our team driving growth and success
