As a Business Development & Sales Director, you will play a key role in our business development strategy. Collaborating with our Marketing and Consultancy teams, you will identify and grow new business, build client relationships, and offer compliance solutions to support their growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate internally to improve sales processes.n- Manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure strong sales performance.n- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet sales and revenue targets.n- Apply cross-selling and up-selling strategies to deliver business value.n- Work with Marketing and other teams on lead generation and sales campaigns.n- Develop relationships with C-suite contacts and present where necessaryn- Deliver compelling written proposalsn- Network strategically, attend events, and promote the firm.n- Manage relationships with clients and partners for repeat business.n- Understand current regulations to identify opportunitiesn- Foster successful relationships with all stakeholders.n- Identify new revenue streams.
