About the Senior NPD Technologist job
As an NPD Technologist, you'll lead the delivery of NPD projects, ensuring they meet customer, brand, and regulatory standards. You'll manage costings, NPD documentation, factory trials, and customer samples, while researching new ingredients and processes to give products a competitive edge.
Key tasks
* Lead recipe development, manage NPD projects, and present products to customers. Support NPD trials, launches, and deputise for the Head of NPD when required.
* Source new ingredients, identify suppliers, obtain costs and specifications, and collaborate with the Specifications Technologist to complete product specifications.
* Organise nutritional analysis, lead competitor benchmarking, conduct sensory panels, and attend quality panels as needed. Review and approve product artwork.
* Manage NPD Technologists, stay updated on food trends, and ensure the company's competitive edge through ongoing research and innovation.
About You
* A degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent industrial experience).
* Excellent communication, organisational, sensory & creative skills.

The Senior NPD Technologist job is based in South Wales and is paying up to £35,000 according to your experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
