My client is a well-established and highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, who have an emphasis on providing first-class customer service and are looking for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor to join their team on a part-time basis.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Estate Agency Sales Progressor:
Liaising between buyers and sellers from sale agreed through to completion
Dealing with third parties, such as solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors
Maintaining accurate and detailed notes throughout
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Estate Agency Sales Progressor:
Previous experience of sales progression/legal conveyancing is essential
First-class customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Solution driven, with excellent time management
