The Role:

You will advise a diverse clientele on a wide range of investment funds matters, including:

  • Fund formation and structuring
  • Investor relations and fundraising
  • Regulatory compliance (including AIFMD, UCITS, and FCA regulation)
  • Private equity and venture capital transactions
  • Fund restructurings and liquidations

You will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve their investment objectives while managing legal and regulatory risks.
