Role Description We are seeking a Hotel Sourcing, Contracting & Connectivity Specialist responsible for managing commercial negotiations, technical connectivity, and long-term relationships with hotels and accommodation suppliers. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing, negotiating, and closing contracts with hotels and accommodation providers across core markets. Ensuring all contracted rates, room types, content, and inventory are fully optimized, accurately mapped, and functioning seamlessly in our systems. Managing connectivity workflows including onboarding, rate loading, room mapping, content accuracy, and resolving any availability or rate issues. Monitoring commercial performance, competitiveness, margins, and conversion, and driving initiatives that improve revenue and availability. Working closely with product and tech teams to maintain high-quality integrations and ensure distribution accuracy. Developing and maintaining strong commercial and technical relationships with suppliers. Managing distribution needs to ensure we can effectively sell contracted inventory across all platforms. Supporting group sourcing and handling group requests when required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sourcing, contracting, revenue/distribution, or accommodation partnerships. Strong commercial skills, negotiation ability, and understanding of hotel rate structures. Technical proficiency with hotel connectivity, APIs/XML, mapping, content management, and inventory workflows. Experience with hotel distribution from the seller’s side (optimizing inventory for sale on various platforms). Experience in group hotel sourcing or handling group accommodation requests. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Italian, Japanese, or Korean are an advantage.
