About you?
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our Health & Safety Customer Support Executive team here as HS Direct. You'll be responsible for assisting customers in their use of our products, resolving customer concerns and delivering an efficient service.
What's the role?
* Maintain a deep understanding of HSD products/services to effectively assist and educate clients
* Providing great customer service to clients
* Answering any client queries
* General system support
* Guide customers through troubleshooting processes to resolve system and technical issues.
What we're looking for:
* Hardworking nature
* Cohesive team worker
* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to be able to use Microsoft Office suite package to an intermediate level i.e Excel & Word
* Ability to be able to prioritise workload
* Good organisation skills
