Our client is a leading technical services provider who specialises in High profile Commercial Buildings Nationwide. They are looking for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a number of sites across the South East, including South London, Surrey and Kent.
We are looking for someone who has easy access to the M25 or M4.
Working Hours of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer: M-F, 8-5
Basic Starting Salary: Up to £45,000
This role is a temporary to permanent position with plenty of overtime available, so it is ideal for someone looking to maximise their earnings and potential
Role
* Planned Maintenance on Electrical / HVAC plant, undertaking reactives and PPM's
* Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.
* Checking UPS systems
* Testing fire alarms
* Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / LED's etc
* Changing belts / pumps etc
* Changing / cleaning filters
* AHU's FCU's
* Minor alterations to BMS set points.
* General Building services to sanitary ware.
* Tap / temperature L8 checks
Experience required
* Electrical maintenance background.
* Strong Electrical and Building Services Maintenance knowledge
* Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 3 qualified along with 18th Edition.
* Understanding of Electrical / HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment.
* Valid UK driving licence.
