Pay rate: £11.44 to £11.70 per hour.
We are a Supported Living Provider looking for an experienced support worker to work with our clients on a contracted basis.
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday including every other weekend and must be flexible
You must be a car driver with a full UK driving licence to enable our service users to access the community and be happy to drive our service user’s cars.
You will be supporting clients in the Colchester area covering 24-hour packages and 121 support.
You will need to have extensive experience with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and non-verbal clients.
You will need to provide full personal care, emotional support and support our service users to access the community and provide person centred interaction.
