Summary

Location: Heathrow Airport (Hybrid)

Day Rate: Negotiable

Duration: 12 Months

Availability: ASAP


About the Client

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe and sustainable air travel.

As a Network Engineer you will support the Lead/Senior Engineer working with the team at Heathrow Airport.


About the Role

• Working with the on-site Vendor to support various network projects.

• Windows Server Management, including installations, upgrades and installing patches.

• General Networking

• On call activity (Evenings and Weekends) by rotation. o Additional £20 (Mon – Sat) On call fee + 1.5x hourly rate for activity o Additional £25 (Sun & Public Holidays) On call fee + 2x hourly rate for activity.


What we are looking

• Experience with OTN Systems would be highly desirable OR a willingness to learn OTN Systems technology.

• Experience with Cisco Networking.

• Experience with Aruba Networking.

• Experience with Windows Servers.


Candidates must be willing to work 3 days per week at Heathrow Airport, 2 days remote working.
