**Salary Up to 50k OTE **
Our Nursery client is looking for a maternity cover Manager:-
To effectively manage the nursery
To lead the nursery under the direction of the nursery proprietor, ensuring staff adhere to all the policies and procedures.
To manage the care and development of all the children in the nursery ensuring high quality experiences and a high-quality service levels are provided to parents.
To maintain quality standards through monitoring rooms, providing staff with feedback on their practice, along with guidance and training to ensure the children receive the highest quality learning experiences.
Responsibilities include:
• To ensure the smooth daily running and administration of the nursery
• To ensure the children receive the highest quality of care at the nursery,
• To effectively manage child occupancy in the nursery across the whole week so that staff to child ratios are maintained as efficiently as possible and minimising the use of agency staff.

This is a 41.5 hour per week post, but may require additional hours to ensure the role is fulfilled (3 full days & 2 half days) must be able to work hours of 7.30am – 6.30pm.
Qualifications
• To have a Level 4 or above Childcare Qualification (preferably level 6)
• Current First Aid Certificate (for young children/ adults)
• Current Safeguarding Children Certificate.
Salary
OTE up to £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
This includes both performance related bonus and a guaranteed bonus payable on completion of the 12 months contract.
