A new role has arisen for a Sales Ledger Clerk in Great Yarmouth.
Working with a great team of people, this role will involve the following tasks:
Overseeing the sales ledger function
Ensuring timely closure of well-maintained ledgers in accordance with month end deadlines
Regular review of ledgers to ensure transactions are appropriately allocated
Chase overdue invoices via telephone and e-mail
Raise recharge invoices and rebate credit notes
Post bank entries and perform daily bank reconciliations
Assist Sales Ledger Assistant with mailbox management
Support/cover the Sales ledger Assistant with raising sales and credit notes, distributing daily sales report, submissions to customer portals and setting up new accounts
The skills required for the role:
Experience with sales ledger and credit control
A good knowledge of Excel
A strong team player
