About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a proactive IT Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our tech solutions. As a core part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and networks, providing both reactive and proactive support to help our teams work seamlessly.


Reporting directly to the IT & Security Lead , you’ll support company growth and operational excellence by delivering first-rate technical expertise and ensuring top-tier service across all systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Technical Excellence: Manage IT solutions, working on System Administration, Networking, and Software Support with a focus on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Entra ID (Azure AD), and Exchange Online.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 1st/2nd line support, managing and escalating service requests, coordinating with third-party providers to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Project Management: Take the lead on smaller projects and provide reliable estimates, identifying any risks or blockers along the way.
  • Asset Management: Support asset lifecycle management (ordering, configuring, and maintaining equipment), updating asset registers, and managing IT systems from procurement to maintenance.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Share updates, drive continuous improvement, and help the team remain focused.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT Support/Service: Strong background in service support, particularly with the Microsoft 365 suite, Windows, MacOS, Entra ID, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, firewalls (Cisco ASA), Meraki Wi-Fi, MDM, and networking fundamentals.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficient in debugging and analyzing technical issues with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate complex tech concepts effectively to all stakeholders.



Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, project management, unified communications, and remote administration tools like TeamViewer and JAMF .
  • Vendor management experience, knowledge of N3 and HSCN networks, and hands-on networking experience (patching/switches).
