We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Physical Design Engineer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work on various projects related to Physical Design, including floor planning, placement optimization, clock tree synthesis, routing, EMIR, and physical verification. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across the company to achieve desired design goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and document Physical Design tasks
  • Develop and automate Physical Design flows
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to achieve design goals

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Coursework in Digital Design and Logic Synthesis
  • Scripting skills in Python, TCL, and Perl
  • Understanding of VLSI concepts in circuit design
  • Excellent debugging and analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
