CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £70K, REDDITCH BASED RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, COMPANY CAR.
An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Midlands based Residential Groundworks Business within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £50m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.
Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Remuneration:
• Up to £70,000 p.a
• Car allowance / Company Car
• Paid Holidays
• Pension Scheme
