What does success look like
  • As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with our experiential retail pillars Community & Connection Memorable Moments and Inspiration & Innovative
  • You will thrive in delivering a world class experience like no other ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
  • Execute tattoos with precision showcasing the finesse of our fine line designs and ensuring a high standard of artistry.
  • Establish a personal connection with customers actively listening to their preferences and providing a customised and memorable experience.
  • Strong presence on the shop floor actively sharing your expertise
  • The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments
  • Thoroughly keeping on top of the hygiene & cleanliness of your studio as well as managing piercing supplies for your store
