Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a FacilityManager role for a Shenzhen-based Information Technology & Services company. It is a major ICT and IDC Integrated Service Provider with operations in several countries. The chosen applicant will have the chance to work on certain world's most interesting and renowned projects.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in English communication.
• Excellent Communication skills withPolite listening, and logical and
clear expression.
• Basic infrastructure knowledge and basic IDC knowledge are required.
• A full-time bachelor's degree or equivalent degree is required.
• Electrical, HVAC, and other related majors.
• Industry experience over 1 year is preferable.
• Multi-team collaboration, remote collaboration skills, cross-language
and regional team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Implement a 5*8 IDC computer room on duty that can quickly arrive on the scene during non-working hours in accordance with the requirements of operation and maintenance incident management regulations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of infrastructure information, check platform alarm settings on a regular basis, and monitor system availability and stability.
  • Familiarity with the IDC computer room environment and monitoring system is required, as is the completion of facility inspections in accordance withrequirements, including but not limited to facility status inspection, maintenance / repair MOP review, and tracking.
  • Respond quickly and arrive at the scene, handle the event, and report it on time, according to the operation and maintenance event management specification.
  • Familiar with infrastructure monitoring, capacity, security, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Completingother related tasks included in the "Service Contract", "Outsourcing Requirements Specification" and the appendix requirements.
