My client, a market-leading legal and compliance management product company, is actively recruiting for an experienced and switched on In-House Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office.

This role will involve supporting the Head of In-House Legal on a daily basis – you will play an integral part of putting procedures, policies and systems in place, as well as have the opportunity to work directly with all teams across the business.

As the successful In-House Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:nMaintaining In-House Legal policies and proceduresnReviewing of supplier/commercial contracts and NDAsnSupporting with SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) requirementsnMaintaining company KYC informationnAssisting the Business Development team on a regular basis

To quality for this In-House Paralegal, you’ll need to have/be the following:nHave a minimum of TWO years experience, working in an In-House Legal teamnHave excellent attention to detailnBe degree educatednHave a commercial mindsetnBe able to commute into the London office a minimum of two days a week
