The Role:The Registered Manager will be pivotal in driving forward the quality of care provided at the residential home.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of careManage a team dedicated to supporting adults with Learning DisabilitiesWork closely with service users to ensure their needs are met and they can enjoy the local beachside environmentPrepare and implement strategies for the home's expansion from 6 to potentially 8 residentsEngage with staff development, including supporting Deputy Managers in their progression

The Candidate:The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position will be compassionate and driven, with a strong desire to enhance the lives of individuals with Learning Disabilities.

Possess NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, with willingness to work towards level 5Experience as a Deputy Manager looking to step up or a current Registered Manager seeking a new challengeDemonstrated leadership skills within a care home settingA commitment to improving service standards and resident wellbeingStrong organisational and communication abilities
