New Relic is looking for an experienced leader to join our team to help accelerate the adoption of our observability platform in EMEA. The VP of Customer Adoption is a leadership role within our EMEA region. This role is pivotal to driving customer usage and engagement (revenue), team development and being our representative for our brand as our technical leader of the region by owning the key CRR growth and adoption metrics across all customer segments for the region and will be a high profile advocate and driver of technical execution excellence in all countries
The EMEA region is a high growth opportunity for New Relic but it has a complex mix of countries and cultures to navigate, which requires an experienced technical leader, with the right blend of strategic, organizational and business skills with a focus on commercial outcomes. Build a strategic plan to support growth goals for the region, aligning closely with SVP EMEA
Drive scaled growth within the Customer Adoption team to support and help deliver upon the company and GEO targets by driving CRR (consumption) by leading and driving all activities for our EMEA Customer Adoption team
Help guide the team in Customer Adoption (CA) to focus on increasing the number of engineers and teams who use New Relic at our sales-led customers, maturing their Observability practice, and helping them instrument more of their estate
Manage recruiting, hiring, team performance feedback, and mentor
Conduct weekly and monthly pipeline, ACR and CRR reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
15+ years of technical sales experience with at least 10+ years experience in people management across first and second-line management.
Eye for detail and strong ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management skills
Bonus points if you have
~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
