Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Employer Partnership Manager at Woodspeen Training. The Pharmacy Employer Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with Pharmacy organisations across the Midlands and ensuring effective account management, and fostering strategic partnerships.


The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as identifying potential partnership opportunities within the Pharmacy sector, negotiating partnership agreements, and maintaining regular communication with existing employers.

Actively promoting our Level 2 and Level 3 Pharmacy Apprenticeships to new employers, attending roadshows as and when required and generating vacancies on behalf of Pharmacy organisations.

Hybrid role - Working from our Penkridge office in the West Midlands 1-2 days per week, and remotely from home.


Experience in the Pharmacy sector is essential.

Experience in selling Apprenticeships is desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the vocational training or education industry is a plus
