Meraki Talent is looking to recruit a Service Delivery Analyst for our client – a market leading and internationally operated law firm. The client invests heavily in new technology and embraces digital change as a source of competitive advantage.


They are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join a team within the legal technology space that is focused on driving innovation and improving business processes. You will collaborate with the Senior Service Delivery Manager and the responsibilities include managing the governance, delivery, and performance of legal tech projects by overseeing project scoping, timelines, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining key documentation and driving continuous improvement.


Responsibilities of the Service Delivery Analyst


  • Lead legal technology project scoping, governance, and delivery
  • Ensure projects follow timelines, budgets, and service standards
  • Use project tools to track progress and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain Legal Services documentation and standard materials
  • Support continuous improvement and financial tracking


Experience of the Service Delivery Analyst


  • Experience in project or service delivery positions
  • Experience in legal or professional services sectors
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and technical skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
