Sales Administrator

Your key duties in this Sales Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Answering the sales phone line and updating CRM lead database
Dealing with all email enquiries
Ensure pre-qualified & vetted leads are passed onto the correct team
Answering the commercial sales enquiry phone line, take messages and
route calls as required
Following up on potential leads
Holiday cover for receptionist
Other adhoc administrative duties
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Sales administration / customer service experience preferred
Good Microsoft windows & Excell office skills
Excellent written communication skills due to being customer facing first responder to emails
Able to work to deadlines
Able to self-prioritise work
