The Role – Business Development Manager – (West Midlands)
The BDM will be responsible for the Promotion and Sales of security systems offering including:
* Intruder Alarms
* Alarm Receiving
* CCTV monitoring
* Key Holding,
* Maintenance
* Fire & Security
* Testing and Inspection.
Remuneration / Package:
* £35 - £40k basic (Dependent on Experience)
* Uncapped commission
* Company Car + Fuel card

* 25 days holiday
* Hybrid Role - Office and field based (times to be confirmed)
The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of Business Development / Sales experience with a proven track record in driving sales growth and profitability. Experience of selling security solutions would be ideal but not essential. More important will be an individual’s desire and aptitude to learn and be solution driven.
Candidates should have an understanding, of the processes involved in buying and selling including bid project management and working on tenders. As a self-starter you will be highly organised and structured with the ability to cold call, generate leads and establish and build client relationships.
Work with management to achieve agreed and set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a leading face of the organisation, you will possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), a strong telephone manner and presentation skills.
You will have a tenacious, problem solving and solution driven approach. You will have commercial awareness and ideally have a strong knowledge of the security market A highly organised and disciplined individual who demonstrates drive and ambition to succeed in a team environment
