Site Agent - What You Will Be Doing:
As a Site Agent, you will take charge of managing key water sector projects from contract award to completion. You will lead resource allocation, budget control, and ensure top-notch quality, safety, and environmental standards. Reporting to a Contracts Manager or Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Site Agent - Key Accountabilities:
Resource Management: Lead and manage site staff efficiently.
Budget Control: Monitor and report on budget adherence and project progress.
Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards and practices.
Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality and environmental systems.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
Effective Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Sub Agents, General Foremen, Site Engineers, and Foremen. Site Agent - What We Need From You:
Essential: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Desirable: Chartered status or working towards it.
Experience: Proven track record on diverse, challenging projects.
Qualifications: CSCS card, SMSTS (5-day), First Aid at Work (4-day), National Water Hygiene card. Site Agent - What Our Client Can Offer:
