Job Overview
Worcestershire County Council are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contact Worker to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise family time and ensure that it is safe, child appropriate, and enjoyable
Complete written recordings of observations of family time
Ensure that the written recordings are accurate, factual, and reflect the time the family has spent together
Work with children who are predominantly looked after, along with immediate and extended family members
Facilitate family time sessions both within venues and within the communityRequirements
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
