Well this role might be for you

Our client is on the hunt for a Head of Product Engineering situated apart of their prestigious NeuroTech arm of their consultancy. Working on a wide range of products, it will be your job to lead the team to the successful manufacturing of their range of groundbreaking AIMD devices.nAs the Head of Product Engineering it will be your responsibility to oversee the end-to-end life cycle of the products, from Design, Proof of Concept, and the transfer to Manufacturing. You will work with a tight knit team, collaborating with market specialist and contributing to the successful launch of this revolutionary tech

Key Technical SkillsnExperience with novel AIMD Class III devices and overseeing the full life cycle, including the transfer to manufacturing - This is an absolute essentialnDeveloping Biosensor-based, chip-based products in R&DnSystem Engineering experience of neuromodulation device designnDigital signal processing experience with modulation/demodulation algorithmsnExperience working with small signals (Femto, Pico, Nano Range)nFamiliar with relevant industry regulations 13485 (or equivalent)

Role DescriptionnPrimary objective will be to advance the design and transfer from proof of concept all the way to manufacturing and clinical trials.nThese devices will be implantable so experience working with Class III regulations and standards is a necessity. Examples of these are Pacemakers, Breast Implants, Cochlear implants.nEngage in a hands-on position within the Research and Development (R&D) team.nEngage with the breakthrough development contributing technical solutions for conditions such as Parkinson’s, tinnitus, chronic pain, epilepsy and sleep apnoea.nHaving significant understanding of managing the full lifecycle of a product from conception to manufacturing to clinical trials.
