Marketing & Customer Insights Analyst Salary: £60k Location: Hybrid – Huddersfield area (3 days office / 2 days remote) Recruiting on behalf of a leading UK consumer brand group Are you a data-driven marketer who loves understanding what makes customers tick? We’re working with a fast-growing UK consumer brand group that partners with leading national brands to deliver innovative loyalty and engagement solutions. They’re now looking for a Marketing & Customer Insights Analyst to shape marketing strategy through powerful consumer understanding. In this role, you’ll uncover insights that guide marketing investment, creative messaging, and customer engagement across traditional and multi-channel campaigns — from TV and print to CRM and partnerships. You’ll blend customer data with market research to tell compelling stories that influence brand and commercial decisions. What you’ll do Analyse marketing performance and customer behaviour across multiple channels. Lead customer and market insight projects using internal data and external research. Develop customer segmentation and profiling models. Measure campaign effectiveness and track brand health metrics. Present insights and recommendations to marketing and leadership teams. What we’re looking for 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, customer insight, or market research. Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
