They operate in a culture that values openness, curiosity, and teamwork, working closely to leverage data that optimizes marketing efforts and product experiences.Role OverviewOur client is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their Data team, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer, and Product teams to deliver actionable insights and influence commercial investment decisions. The role is centred on understanding customer behaviour throughout the lifecycle across multiple brands, improving tracking and reporting accuracy, and driving optimization of web and mobile app user journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine KPIs and reporting frameworks with stakeholder teams to uncover performance opportunitiesProduce insights and recommendations that guide strategic marketing decisionsDesign dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker, or equivalent toolsManage testing frameworks including A/B and multivariate testing, geo-lift analysis, and pre-post evaluationSupport budgeting and forecasting with data-driven analysisSkills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ marketing or growth analytics experience, ideally within B2C or subscription sectorsStrong commercial acumen and ability to prioritize high-impact workProficient with web and mobile analytics platforms such as GA4 and FirebaseAdvanced SQL skills and independent data exploration capabilitiesExperience with testing methodologies such as A/B, MVT, and causal inferenceAbility to build compelling data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau or LookerAdvanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and validationsKnowledge of mobile measurement platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust) is advantageousExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear narrativesWhy Apply?This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team where curiosity, autonomy, and impact are encouraged.
