Fire Door Surveyor

We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Surveyor to join a rapidly developing fire company and help expand their division.
As a Fire Door Surveyor, you will get:
•£38k salary
•Company Vehicle and/or all travel paid for
•8 hour shift - Monday to Friday (any out of hours work will be requested in advance and paid time and a half)
•Free uniform
•Free DBS
•Company Pension
•20 days holiday additional day added each year of employment up to max 25
As a Fire Door Surveyor, you will be:
•Travelling to sites mainly London/M25 but can sometimes be elsewhere in the country
•Working towards KPI's, such as 40 doors a day
•Working mostly commercial projects and some residential
•Surveying fire doors and quality checking
As a Fire Door Surveyor, you will need:
•A full driving licence is mandatory
•You must hold a CSCS card to apply
•Enhanced DBS check (paid for)
•Knowledge of the BMTRADA system
•To be self-motivated
•Willing to work alone or within a team
•Excellent communication skills
