Our Senior People & Culture Business Partner - Commercial roles partner with senior managers and teams in specific Commercial teams in GB to support our people and culture strategy. They help our organisation grow and adapt to future needs. The role involves building relationships with People Leaders and Managers to deliver solutions that meet the needs of the function, our employees, and the organisation. This includes implementing our overall business goals through the People Strategy and people plans of CCEP. The role provides expertise, advice, guidance, and consultative services on people-related programs to ensure we meet our current and future employee requirements. This includes talent management, organising, training, evaluating, and rewarding employees according to our human resource strategy. The P&C BP works with P&C Services and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to provide effective service based on curiosity and a deep understanding of the business environment, strategy, and people management implications.
 
In this role, you can expect to:
 
- Provide input on people-related matters for local plans and organisation design and execution.
- Support talent management strategies and processes in key Commercial teams, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop talent aligned with competency needs and business objectives.
- Adapt global solutions for local impact.
- Offer consultative support, advice, and solutions on all people-related subjects in collaboration with COEs and People Services.
- Use tools, knowledge, and information sources to identify trends and insights related to people in the business area and implement appropriate COE solutions.
- Support the P&C service delivery model by working effectively with People Services and COEs.
- Implement business change with COE support.
 
What we expect of you:
 
Strong HR experience in a matrixed organisation
Strong relationship and senior stakeholder management skills
High-level influencing and challenging abilities
Ability to derive actionable insights from data to shape P&C plans and priorities, business knowledge and acumen, and cultural sensitivity.
Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.
Proactive, able to prioritise and manage own workload.
