A growing and national provider of fire protection services is looking for experienced fire passive fire protection engineers to join their team. You will be working on both domestic and commercial projects, carrying out new installations, upgrades and maintenance works to existing buildings. The works will be predominantly based in the Midlands, however may stretch further across the UK - travel and the need to stay/work away may be required. Project variety includes working on student accommodation, hospitals, data centres and social housing.

Roles and responsibilities
* Installing and carrying out a variety of passive fire installations including: floor and wall penetrations, linear seals, cavity barriers, fire curtains (albeit not everyone's favourite)
* Complete works in line with the manufacture’s specification
* Document works on a step-by-step basis, ensuring evidence is taken accurately
* Problem solving and being able to overcome unforeseen issues with the work
* Liaise with customers and members of the general public
The successful candidate will have:
* At least two years experience working within the passive fire protection industry
* NVQ or equivalent in Passive Fire Protection
* Valid CSCS card
* Experience working on social housing FRA contracts and around members of the public
* Full UK driving license
* 3rd party accreditation/registration under the FIRAS scheme (desired)
