We are seeking a Fire Stopping Site Manager / Technical Compliance Manager to join our team at Neo Property Solutions, a specialist in passive fire protection services.

The role involves managing 3 teams of 2 Fire Stoppers on site, ensuring the safe control of fire protection works delivered across occupied buildings.

As Technical Compliance Manager – Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the delivery of works on site to meet programme and commercial targets.

You will need to possess Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) / Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and have a good understanding of the commercial reality of the projects.
