Job Overview:
As part of a top-tier media solutions division, the Influencer Campaign Manager will lead influencer-driven marketing campaigns for prestigious global clients. Utilizing a proprietary influencer marketing tool, this role involves managing the end-to-end campaign process, from initial briefings to final reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Media Operations Director to enhance and expand the influencer marketing product, including building relationships with new talent.
- Manage and grow relationships with global talent agencies.
- Present influencer marketing strategies confidently to both existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary expert on influencer marketing within the organization.
- Work closely with the Paid Media team to integrate influencer strategies into broader media campaigns.
- Propose innovative ideas to keep the influencer product at the forefront of the market.
- Achieve internal financial targets for each campaign.
- Create advanced campaign pitches and post-campaign reports using Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Support the commercial team in developing media partnership proposals, including influencer recommendations and creative concepts.
- Handle influencer invoicing and payments efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills.
- Over 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Twitter, and Snap.
- Extensive knowledge of influencers and creators within the football and adjacent spaces.
- A solid understanding of football culture and its key commercial players.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, with a knack for innovative problem-solving.
- High attention to detail.
