A leading leisure business, based in central London, are looking to recruit a Head of Finance Business Partnering opportunity, on a fixed term contract basis for 12-15 months.nThis organisation is one of the most reputable businesses in their space and its commercial finance function is recognised as one of the best in the industry.nManaging a team of 4 analysts, this role will be responsible for ensuring that daily and weekly trading figures are produced accurately and commercial partnering across the business is of the highest calibre.

Key responsibilities include:nBusiness Partnering UK Ops Director, providing insightful commercial analysis and commercial challengenBuild relationships with key operators across the businessnInvolvement in key initiatives & strategy across the businessnProving weekly trading performance and analysis to exec teamnManaging and mentoring the team of analysts to deliver best performance

Who we are looking for:nA qualified accountant (or equivalent)nExperience within a consumer business, ideally a multi-site businessnDemonstrable experience managing a teamnProven track record in commercial finance and influencing stakeholdersnExcellent communicator and relationship buildernAbility to work in a fast-paced business
