Sutton Recruitment are exclusively looking to recruit a Financial Adviser for a FT Adviser top 100 Financial Advice company (2023).
This company helps clients manage their money and financial goals, via providing advice with respect to investments, pensions, mortgages, and insurance.
This role can be permanent or self-employed.
As a Financial Adviser, you'll work closely with a Senior Financial Advisor, learning about the business, the processes, and the existing clients. The Hull office looks after over 300 clients, with room for growth. This means you'll have the chance to build your own client base and advance your career.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Meet with new and existing clients to discuss their finances and financial goals
• Work with the existing experienced adviser to help them with their day to today client relationships
• This job is ideal for someone starting off in the industry and looking to develop their knowledge and career in a support focussed business looking to mentor good quality financial advisers.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
• Great customer service skills for positive client interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of economics and financial advice principals
• It would be advantageous to have worked in the Financial Advice industry in Advice, Paraplanning or customer service
Minimum Qualifications needed:
You must have achieved a Level 4 qualification approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Some of the popular qualifications include:
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute - CII)
• Diploma for Financial Advisers (offered by the London Institute of Banking & Finance - LIBF)
To be suitable for this role, you must have a full driving license and your own vehicle.
