My client are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will have administration experience within either financial services, mortgages or sales progression. Offering a starting salary up to £26,000 plus career progression opportunities and excellent benefits.

The Role:
* Providing administration support to the team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors
* Proactively progressing Mortgage & Protection applications through to completion
* Data entry of Mortgage & Protection applications
* Liaising with estate agents, solicitors and clients to obtain updates
* Ensuring a smooth process from start to finish
* Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales
* Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
Skills and Attributes:
* Administration experience, ideally within mortgages, financial services or sales progression
* Highly organised
* Exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Ability to meet deadlines
