In 2021, we distributed over 3.2 million products, and we're only getting started. To accommodate our exciting growth, we've recently opened additional office and warehouse space at St Modwen Business Park. This is where our dynamic and customer-centric Customer Service team is based, and we want you to join us on this incredible journey

**What Does the Junior Customer Service Administrator Role Entail?**
- As a member of our fast-paced customer service team, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to exceptional customer service. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

- Handling inbound calls from our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and professional approach.
- Building strong relationships and rapport with our customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Dealing with delivery inquiries and tracking, keeping our customers informed and at ease.
- Creating invoices, processing credits, and managing refunds to maintain accurate financial records.
- Managing customer websites, such as Hush Puppies, Muck Boot, Brantano, with precision and care.

But that's not all We're looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with customers and strive to achieve the best possible results for them. Attention to detail is a must, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. After all, we can't always predict the weather, and our orders can vary depending on factors like snowfall, rainfall, or the glorious sunshine

What hours do we work?

The Customer service department is accessible for our customers 7 days a week from 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday & 8:30am - 5pm on the weekend.

The team has shifts rotas to reflect this which are as follows:
6 Weeks of 8:30am - 17:00pm,

1 Week of 8:30am - 17:00pm Monday - Wednesday (Thursday & Friday off) working over the weekend.

1 Week of 7:00am - 15:30pm 1 Week of 10:30am - 19:00pm
