The School and Role
Are you a Level 2 practitioner that has the passion to work in school settings?
Do you thrive working with Key Stage 1 ages 5-7 year olds.
Are you enthusiastic, with a good sense of humour that can engage and hook children into their learning?
Working across a two-form entry school with a Ofsted rated Good school, you will strive to show sensitivity, compassion and resilience. The schools curriculum offers children the chance to get excited and hooked into topics through active learning. Offering all core subjects whilst also offering reinforcement and encouragement to be independent and resilient.
Requirements 
Desirable: Level 2 or willingness to work towards in the future.  
Ability to support intervention groups.
Excellent management of behaviour, a confident approach that offers care, support and boundaries.
Set up and put into action engaging children within their core subjects that cater to the abilities of all students.
Create meaningful opportunities to learn
Contribute to the organisation of school as a whole and develop relationships with school staff.
Promote teamwork, and positive attitudes toward health and fitness among students.
