Key Responsibilities:


  • Visual Design: Create high-quality visual designs from low fidelity to high fidelity, ensuring a cohesive and attractive user interface.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Quickly develop low fidelity wireframes and prototypes, iterate based on feedback, and refine them into high fidelity designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Innovation: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of conventional design to create visually striking and effective user interfaces.
  • Consistency: Maintain and uphold design consistency across all products and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven 6-8 years experience as a Product Designer, specifically within B2B tech SaaS companies.
  • Skills: Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Figma
  • Creativity: Strong innovative and creative abilities, capable of taking a brief and transforming it into compelling visual designs.
  • Agility: Ability to quickly produce low fidelity designs, solicit feedback, and turn them into high fidelity designs efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design expertise and experience with tech SaaS products. (Please share your Figma portfolio)


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience with AI Products: Experience designing for AI or machine learning products is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and deadlines.
