Summary Do you have event coordination expertise or customer experience as a receptionist for a major company working in a fast-paced environment? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a global consumer electronics company , in co-ordinating and supporting customer briefings at their London Executive Briefing Centre (EBC). The centre is designed to inspire enterprise and education customers through curated, high-impact engagements that showcase transformative opportunities. The project requires a hands-on Executive Briefing Co-ordinator . The project needs a consultant who: has prior experience collaborating directly with senior executives , event coordination experience or receptionist experience has exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills has great attention to detail and can provide outstanding customer service . Key services: The key services that you will be asked to provide are to: support the end-to-end process of planning multiple executive briefings at once. assist the briefing specialist with organising each engagement manage weekly catering orders document all necessary activities in a timely manner. support planning calls, pre-brief and debrief calls with account team and recruited speakers provide day of support including last minute changes to ensure briefing is a success. collect feedback from customers and account team Mandatory Requirements: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This includes prior experience collaborating directly with senior executives or event coordination experience or receptionist experience for a large company Prior experience managing projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills Great attention to detail.
