As a Senior Scrub Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the preparation of theatres, ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are ready for each procedure.
Providing hands-on support during surgeries.
Mentoring and guiding junior staff.
Promoting best practices and a collaborative team environment.
Focusing on patient safety and efficiency to deliver successful surgical outcomes.Package and Benefits:
The Senior Scrub Practitioner role comes with an attractive package, including:
Annual salary of up to £50,000 plus allowances
Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
Shift patterns: Early (Apply online only)), Late (12.30-2100), and long days (Apply online only)).
Permanent contract.
Comprehensive benefits, including pension and holidays.The ideal candidate for the Senior Scrub Practitioner role will have:
Current HCPC/NMC Registration.
12 months+ experience in Neuro or Cardiac specialisms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
