Valuation Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of valuation professionals.
- Oversee the execution of valuation engagements, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance on complex valuation methodologies and techniques.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor valuation solutions accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights on valuation matters.
Business Development:
- Contribute to the growth of the Valuations practice by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to enhance business development efforts.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical skills and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the valuations team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in valuation.
- Utilize advanced valuation methodologies and tools to ensure the highest standards of service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8years of relevant experience in valuation, with a focus on financial services, M&A, or related fields.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, ASA, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of leading valuation engagements and managing client relationships.
- Strong technical expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
